To get hired by a Company or any Institution, whether is in Private or Public sector, it is necessary to crack the round of interview in a fantastic way. Every Company wants to hire such a person who has the ability to raise their Company. In interview, Interviewer checks the professional and technical ability and temperament to sort out any problem. Yet it is a time consuming task for the Company, but still they manage to take interviews time to time as and when the requirement of the Employees is increased. 

GOOD RESUME WILL HELP YOU A LOT: 
Resume, plays a very important role when you go for interview. It is the first medium of communication between the interviewer and the candidate. Your resume reveals your academic and professional record, technical and basic skills, interests and working experience also. Sometimes, you are rejected by the Interviewer without taking interview and even not called to attend that round because of poor Resume. A good Resume will reflect the long lasting impression on Interviewer. 

HOW TO PREPARE FOR INTERVIEW: 
This is a big question for the candidates, how to prepare for the interview. Many of the candidates became nervous when going to attend the interview, and could not make the right things at right time. To overcome this difficulty, you must have some confidence on your ability. You should take the stress of interview of your mind out when going for interview. DRESSING SENSE: 
You must have a good sense about what to wear so that you can boost your professional image before Interview. You should wear the formals in interview with proper hair, shining shoes. You must avoid wearing T-shirts and Jeans as it does not count for the interviews. Good outfit will increased your confidence in interview also. 

COMMON QUESTIONS ASKED IN INTERVIEW: 
There are some of the questions, which will be asked in almost every interview. The very first question arises to tell about your-self. You have to give your brief introduction to the Interviewer. The most frequent asked question that confuses the most of the candidates is that why you leave your last job and why you want to join our Company. Your interview depends a lot on this question. Interviewer trying to confuse but you have to give the answers confidently and patiently.
