ABOUT GROUP DISCUSSION:
Today, almost every Company began to follow the Group Discussion (GD) round in order to hire the employees. We can easily see the effect of GD in Banking, Civil, Engineering, Railways etc. and even many Universities will also prefer to take admission of the candidates on the basis of their performance in GD. In GD, the interviewer checks the communication skills, leadership, attitude and how you answering the questions of opposition. The interviewer only gives a direction to the whole discussion and will notify the valuable comments of the candidates and give marks accordingly. Always try to speak politely with every person so as to make it your habit. If you got success in doing that, you will feel much happier. You should listen to others carefully and don’t interrupt them while speaking, waiting patiently for your turn.
