ABOUT GROUP DISCUSSION: 
Today, almost every Company began to follow the Group Discussion (GD) round in order to hire the employees. We can easily see the effect of GD in Banking, Civil, Engineering, Railways etc. and even many Universities will also prefer to take admission of the candidates on the basis of their performance in GD. In GD, the interviewer checks the communication skills, leadership, attitude and how you answering the questions of opposition. The interviewer only gives a direction to the whole discussion and will notify the valuable comments of the candidates and give marks accordingly. They will also check whether you have the ability to work with a team or not and how well you lead your team. 

HOW TO PERFORM WELL IN GROUP DISCUSSION: 
It is important to improve your skills so that you can perform well in GD. You should think once, before speak about what you going to say and what it results. You should not cut those comments which feel abusing to others. You should not cut silly-jokes in public place as it will reflect the negative face of your personality. Always try to speak politely with every person so as to make it your habit. If you got success in doing that, you will feel much happier. You should listen to others carefully and don’t interrupt them while speaking, waiting patiently for your turn.
